Refund policy
Returns/Exchanges
- For all belts that wish to be exchanged, a request must be sent to us directly to the email above within five business days of receiving your belt. From there we will send a return label, the belt must be dropped at the shipping carrier within five days of the issued return label.
- For Items wishing to be returned a restocking fee of 45% plus shipping will be applied to the order upon verification the product is not damaged and in resale condition.
- *Exchanges/Returns will not occur if the item shows the slightest evidence of damage, wear or is not in resale condition. Please understand every belt is handmade to order and we do not stock inventory. All of our belts are handcrafted directly from the hide. Returning a damaged belt that we can not sell impacts our small business greatly*

At MACK belts, we take pride in crafting custom-made belts tailored to your specified size. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer resizing services once your order has been produced.

Review Your Order: Double-check all details before submitting your order. Once the belt has been made, we will not be able to alter its size.

No Refunds or Exchanges for Size Issues: As each belt is custom-made, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges based on sizing issues. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct size is ordered.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood this sizing policy, and that you are responsible for selecting your correct size. Failure to do so will not result in a refund or exchange.
